On top of these benefits, there are many other exciting features of the Dunkin’ App that you may not have discovered yet.
Keep reading for five features of the Dunkin’ App that every Dunkin’ fan should know. If you don’t yet have the Dunkin’ App, you can download it on the App Store or Google Play. Once you have it, don’t forget to sign up for DD Perks – being a member unlocks some of these features!
Believe it or not, there are more than 10,000 ways to customize an order on the Dunkin’ App! From drink size to your choice of dairy or non-dairy alternative, flavor and sweetener, you can make your drinks just the way you like them. And, the ability to customize your order doesn’t stop at beverages. You can also build your breakfast sandwiches to your preference by choosing the type of cheese, bread, and egg used.
We know that many of our on-the-go guests have go-to Dunkin’ orders, so we want to make it as easy as possible for you to reorder your favorites. You can now view your recent mobile orders on the home screen and Order Again in just a few clicks. This feature is exclusively available to DD Perks members.
With the Dunkin’ App, DD Perks members can earn five points per dollar toward a free beverage reward no matter how you pay, including cash (in-store), credit, debit, an enrolled Dunkin’ gift card, and now Apple Pay and Google Pay! To earn points on your purchase, just scan your DD Perks loyalty ID QR code located in the Dunkin’ App before you pay – whether that’s through one of aforementioned methods, or by scanning the app if you already have funds loaded in your account.
Sending gifts to your Dunkin’ loving friends and family has never been easier! Another exclusive perk of the Dunkin’ App for DD Perks members is the ability to send e-gift cards. Simply click ‘Send Gift Cards,’ select the value and design, then input your recipient’s name, and email address or phone number.
Now you may have previously used our Order Ahead feature, but did you know that we offer curbside pick-up at select stores? For a contactless and convenient mobile order experience, Dunkin’ is now offering curbside service at more than 1,000 locations and counting. With curbside pick-up, when you Order Ahead on the Dunkin’ App, you can choose to have your food and drinks conveniently brought out to you, whether you walk or drive up.
